Eric came to us from neighbors’ recommendation following a scam visit by a non- existent company!! Eric repaired what had been removed, aligned the doors, and fixed our key pad.. He also HONESTLY inspected our springs and assessed any future repairs. Fair priced, compassionate and knowledgeable!!! We were fortunate to have found him!

I rarely write reviews but cant stop myself from writing this. My two door garage Torsion spring broke- i called some company who quote me to replace everything (spring/pulley/drum/ etc etc) but Carlson Garage - came / replace the torsion spring in few minutes without harassing and scamming me to change everything and charge reasonably…… thank You Greg

My Door broke fraiday and I call carlson garage door fraiday around 6 pm.i get phon call back from them 7pm and Mr Eric told me he come to see my door on Monday 2pm.he come right on time afther he my door he give me all options. The responding technician was rude and patronizing. Told me that my problems with my main door opener were "because I didn't know what I was doing". Tried to sell me an entirely new unit for $650+ despite the fact that the RPM sensor was the cause of my woes. This is a $25 part from the OEM or Amazon, plug and play. This is the type of contractor that thrives on clueless clients. Stay far away.

I called Eric, and he called me right back, he had a new lift system at my condo and installed it within hours! Professional and courteous, I highly recommend Eric Carlson.

In today's world the bar is low. People don't return your calls, show up, do what they say, etc. Here is the exception - Carlson Garage Doors. I sent a form email over a weekend and Eric called me on Monday and showed up the next day and gave me a quote. He said the doors would be delivered to him in 4 weeks and he would schedule me. That is exactly what happened. His team then installed the Haas Garage Doors to perfection. They look fantastic. This is a top shelf company that I can recommend with the highest degree of confidence.

My garage spring snapped on Sunday, I called Carlson Garage Doors on Monday morning and they were at my house by 1:30pm. They replaced the broken spring in 30 minutes and I had a fully functioning garage door. Very friendly, fair-priced and great service. I highly recommend Carlson Garage Doors.

Had to order special tracks for our door they came in exactly when I was told they would arrive and scheduled the install in a very timely manner. I was not able to be at the house the day the install was scheduled and got a call from the installer stating he would like to add some wood behind the track brackets to make it nicer and gave him the ok to do so with some wood I had stacked in the garage. I went there the next day and was completely blown away at how great of a job those guys did for me! I will highly recommend Carlson to anyone looking for new doors and definitely use them again thank you very much for the bangin job. Very happy with the service bro’s A+ 👍🏻
